Satisfying, though not the best Kiwi side I have seen. But what am I going to fret about now the season is over?

Hmm. Some commentators reckoned this NZ side were so poor even their Haka wasn't up to much. It is satisfying but I suspect that what it means is that the real Rugby World Cup final next year should be GB-Oz. And will we win that? Note I say should be. If they make a mess of the draw, we might go out in the Semis to Oz, and then Oz might have to confornt the might of Lebanon in the Final. Being a bit sarcastic there; the rise of Lebanese rugby league, especially in the country itself, is surely a good thing in every way.

Memo to mike; stop trying to fit too much into the name tags.

Mike - the NZRL sent a haka coach and two PR chiefs. Maybe next time they'll send a league team.

Congrats to GB, they look good.

Update; Lebanon out despite a spirited fightback. Samoa take the last World Cup place. So, if the conspiracy/cock up theory goes to plan, Oz beat GB in semi final one and Samoa beat NZ in the other.
